Actual Event Data Up-to-Date ~ Ryuusei 3 Teaser

A fellow Member I've met from TUS, Under.Exe, or rather Mui Mui is just one brilliant Game Hacker, at first he was able to crack the way the Wave Command Cards work for Ryuusei 2, cracking the Wave Scanner's Bar Codes and even implementing the effects of the scanned cards with Action Replay Codes. Sending PMs back and fourth and giving him tools to make his own codes, I was in a real jiffy making a code for Ryuusei 2 Event Brothers, it would have been over 41+ Lines long if it weren't for his help. He managed to take the Auto-Brother placement and turn it into either FirstRockman or LM Shin with a Button Press before placement, which is amazing, since my code wouldn't of even had the Mail Message for either of them. Although, we had a problem with getting it at the start of the game, since you actually need to get to the point where you can add the Auto-Brother in the game. Instead of making a code like this for the first Ryuusei so it's accurate enough... By the end of the week, all I did was send him a Screen Shot of a Event Battle Card receieved in Ryuusei 2's Wave Masters 2008 Events. 5 or more hours later, I get a response back from him with Screen Shots of the Wireless Connection in Network Mode of the game with the Data actually being receieved. I could not believe it, since myself and others had thought we'd need some sort of Wireless Emulation in order to even see anything! He's made the code for both games.

 

It's also been noted around that Ryuusei 3's Boss Character Contest and Prizes for it have been announced and is currently in the works. Certain people think it's a Rumor for any new Rockman game and not just the Shooting Star Series, who have been going to such places like GoNintendo or any typical American Video Gaming Sites. But ROCKMANIA confirms this to be True along with many other Japanese Blogs out there on the Web. There's a bright future along the way, as such Event Data that will most likely be in the game will be found once it releases. Hopefully Under will be able to break the Release Dates for the Special Data being available for Download like he had done for Legend Master Shin and RaMu for Wave Masters 2008.

 

Thanks goes to Repliroid20XX for figuring out some basic Full Data Activation Codes as a start earlier on so we could see what they look like at first. Myself I suppose, for concept of different codes and posting how it needs a different method instead of a 41+ Lined Code, and...

This Book has said to list 279 Total Cards. I really wasn't expecting the DefaultTribeKing to be included with this book at all, thought it would have been an Event Exclusive. I also hope it lists any Cards that haven't been released yet.

This is certainly a first. I don't think I've ever seen any previous Ultimate Navigation Guide releasing this quickly. I'm quite curious to see what this one will have. Last year for Ultimate Navigation Legend we had an interview based on some Ryuusei 2 Questions. Then again, it's so soon. I doubt we'd get any treatment like that.

I've acquired the Ryuusei no Rockman 1&2 Original Soundtrack in the Mail this morning. From looking at it the book, it's very thin. There's only two brief pages about certain tracks then another about the Composer's notes. I really thought I'd be in store for more Art rather than old art already seen before. Also, the Wave Command Card for Misora's Favorite Cards is just a Cut-Out Slip. The most disappointing thing about this Suleputer Release is that there's not even a Single Bonus Track unlike the EXE Series CD releases.

Suleputer recently updated their site listing for the Ryuusei no Rockman 1&2 Original Soundtrack. I translated most of the Tracklist that wasn't in English originally, since the Japanese Tracklist has a shared amount of English and Japanese Tracknames. I couldn't translate Disc 1, Track 36 and Disc 2, Tracks 13 & 14. Luckily and pretty fast, Gigablah @ VGMDB translated the last 3 Tracks I couldn't translate.

Limited Prints of the CD Set also include Legend Force Card, "Misora". Which allows you to just use her Favorite Cards in a BrotherForce. The Original Soundtrack will also release on 01/16/2008. I expect to have my copy that week on Wed-Thurs hopefully if it's coming from Amazon Japan.

I just receieved it last Saturday finally after a Back Order from the Shop I ordered from in Japan. It definitely feels more like a Plug-In PET, especially with the Music / Sound. Not being able to Mute the Volume upsets me. You can only make Softer or Louder. It also has a Contrast Control too, out of the box it's in the middle setting. The Gameplay is all right. I've done some Minigames so far and haven't really leveled it up that much. Shaking it sounds like an Advanced PET.

 

I have yet to level it up. I'm certainly glad to get the Battle Cards from it though, especially the limited Tribe Attack Card, ThunderBoltBlade since it's an exclusive to first prints to all Star Carriers released in November.

Capcom has updated it's Wave Masters 2008 Homepage with Details. A Legend Card will be given out at the Event, it's not listed which Card.

The "Tribe King" Battle Card has now been confirmed a name, "King Grandeur". We have yet to see the RaMu Battle Card announced this coming Summer.

FirstRockman (Brother Transmission)

 

Having the original Rockman 8-Bit Rockman Sprite, FirstRockman has 1300 KizunaForce. It's undetermined what he actually gives being a Brother with him. His Favorite Battle Cards include a variety of Stage Battle Cards and a GoatKungfu Battle Card. I'm assuming that Favorite Cards for FirstRockman upgrade or may change once you reach further points in the Main Story Scenario like In-Game Brothers in the Brother Band System and Legend Master Shin for the first Ryuusei.

Update: According to the Takara Ryuusei no Rockman Tribe Site, it seems as if the Star Carrier works almost like an Wii Remote waving or shaking it around almost like the EXE Series Advanced PET. As the Action Games, "Material Wave Mode" invovles playing with various devices and traveling through obstacles. "Rockman Mode" is used for battling enemies through using the Sword and Rock Buster.

 

It's also been confirmed that you need to use a Rockman Data Card in order to make the whole Star Carrier transmission to DS Ryuusei no Rockman 2 occur. Once the game has used the Rockman Data Card on the Touch Screen, it'll want to transfer data from the Star Carrier in it's on DS Mode on the Star Carrier. Depending on the Level, you'll have the certain amount of stats.

HP & Attack Level-Up

 

Different types of Rockman Data Cards and Star Carrier transmission will result in it's own unique Power-Up besides leveling it up to it's maximum abilities. It's not certain if you can level up the abilities at their maximum parameters or that they all level up certain ways.

 

Blank Cards, Legend Cards, and Tribe King Cards have been confirmed and it's not said what they may do. The Ryuusei no Rockman 2 Official Guide comes enclosed with a Legend Card. More to come as I finally get the game in a few days, and the Star Carrier in this next week or the week after.
