      Yup. It should be the conclusion. Sorry about the streaming troubles before if there were any.

      I also have both Rockman 4 episodes in HD and also with English subtitles files. Maybe I should upload those in MKVs.

      I'll be sure to put any future Rockman titles if they are challenged later on.

    How many Game Center for Mega Man has been subtitled?

      I think all of them except for this. (2, 1, 3, 4)

      Rockman 4 is in SD though since the subtitle group was lazy or didn't have an HD encode at the time. I think 3 was too since there was never any good encode for 3 at all, no HD version ripped from what I remember.
